To open an account, you need a valid identity proof (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport) and address proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Utility Bill). A passport size photograph is also required.

The minimum balance for a savings account varies by branch. Please contact your nearest branch for exact details.

You can apply for a loan online by filling the application form or visit your nearest branch to submit the loan application with required documents.

To update KYC details, visit your nearest branch with valid documents (Aadhaar / PAN / Address Proof). In some cases, online KYC update is also available.

If your ATM card is lost or stolen, immediately call customer care to block the card. You can also visit the branch to block the card and apply for a new one.

To activate Internet Banking or Mobile Banking, submit a request form at the branch. In some cases, online registration and OTP verification are also available.
